Cancellations and Terms of Service

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS OF OUR GUESTS:
To enjoy your cruise to the fullest we recommend that you be in general good health. At the least, you must be able to climb up/down a ladder to access the below deck areas of the ship. Additionally, you’ll need to be able to descend our ship’s ladder to reach our inflatable boat (speed boat) which will take you ashore throughout the week as we explore.

REFUND POLICY: If you should cancel for any reason with NINETY (90) DAY NOTICE PRIOR TO DEPARTURE, your entire fare will be refunded less a 20 percent booking fee based upon the entire cost of the cruise. The reservations are NON-CANCELABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE WITHIN 90 DAYS OF THE SAILING DATE. For your protection we recommend the purchase of travel insurance.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Pine Hill House, Inc. dba Liberty Fleet of Tall Ships, or their employees cannot be held liable for personal injury, delay, sickness, loss of personal property, strikes, armed conflict, criminal conduct by third parties, natural disaster, or additional expenses incurred due to weather, disruption of advertised schedules or other causes beyond its control. The right is also reserved to accept or reject any person as a trip participant and to make changes in the itinerary where deemed necessary for the safety and comfort of the guests and may cancel a trip at anytime. THE COMPANY MAY CANCEL ANY CRUISE AT ANY TIME IN THE EVENT OF A PRIVATE CHARTER. If the Company cancels a trip for any reason, a full refund will be issued and the financial liability of either Corporation or employee shall be limited to the amount paid to the Corporation. By making reservations and paying trip fees you agree to accept all terms, conditions and policies in this page and agree to be bound by their content.
